Cancel at any time by certified mail or receive written proof from us that you canceled and get a full refund minus 5% administration fee if you haven’t used your membership. If canceled prior to a whole year of membership you will be responsible for paying all labor and parts provided at normal retail rates minus amount of membership dues paid and any other payments made towards material and labor during the membership period.

Membership Auto renews annually on the date you originally signed up and payments by automatic ACH only for standard advertised pricing. Receive a 5% discount for any membership paid in advance of one year by ACH. A 5% administration processing fee for all transactions that are not set up on automatic ACH will be applied. (Examples: Credit Cards, Checks, Cash or any other form of payment) If paying for the entire years membership, the 5% processing fee will be waived. Membership costs go up annually at the Cost of Living increase as set by U.S. Government. Any additional rate increases require us to notify you and will take effect 30 days from notification unless you cancel. Notification can be by email, phone, text or any mail service and does not require certified mail. You can also cancel online or on our website. We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time and will provide you with a refund of any membership dues minus the cost of parts and labor at our standard retail rates. All membership Hours expire at the end of each yearly membership and cannot be transferred over or accumulated. After being a Platinum member for 2 consecutive years you will be allowed to use 30% of membership hours at other properties provided it’s an area we service. Any lapse in membership over 1 day will void this benefit and you will have to start over the 2 year period. Unlimited Hours for replacement do not apply at secondary property and can only be used at registered membership property. Any changes to membership Policies will be posted on our website and you are responsible for checking website for any changes. We will also attempt to notify clients by email or text of any changes as a courtesy. THIS IS NOT A HOME WARRANTY OR INSURANCE. This is a membership in which you receive hours that expire at the end of your yearly membership. Unused hours do not carry over. You agree to pay for anytime spent performing work above and beyond your hours received as part of your membership.

Trades & Services currently performed: We are licensed to perform Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Pool and Spa Equipment & as a General Contractor. Hours may be used towards any trade we are licensed in as long as it’s a service we offer. Trades are a 1 hour minimum per service call and or trip to location requested. Services are subject to change. We reserve the right to change services we perform and offer as part of the membership. One Year Minimum. Services include but may not be limited to at this time: PLUMBING – Faucets – Toilets-Hose Bibbs – Drain Cleaning – Garbage Disposals – Showers – Tubs – Pipe Leaks – Regulators – Check Valves – Water Heaters – Recirculation Pumps – Leak Detection – Jetting – Camera & Locate – Appliance Installs – Reroutes – Slab Leaks – Valves – Cartridges – Shut off valves – and more…HVAC – Condensers – Compressors – Coils – TXV – Pistons – Furnace – Heat Pump – Package Units – Mini Splits – Duct Less – Window Units – Swamp Coolers – Line Sets – Capacitors – Motors – Fuses – **Freon Leaks – Disconnects – Variable Speed – Thermostats – and more… ELECTRICAL – Outlets – Switches – Fuses – Breakers – GFCI – Ceiling Fans – Exhaust Fans – Whole House Fans – Shorted Circuits – Lighting – Electrical Panels – Line Locations – and more… POOL EQUIPMENT – Pumps – Motors – Capacitors – Check Valves – 3 Way Valves – Shut Offs – Above Ground Piping – Heaters – Control Panels – and more…Minimum 2 hour labor charge for all After Hours Calls, Emergency calls, Rush Service or specialty services such as, Camera, Leak Detection, Jetting and line location. All Calls are processed in the order they are received unless it’s asked for Emergency, Overtime or Rush Service. Rush Service is defined as any appointments requested faster than availability of first come first serve during normal business hours. Overtime is any work provided outside normal business hours which are subject to change and/or any holidays we are closed for (Federal, State or Local).

Warranty on parts and workmanship: Due to the highly discounted parts rate, membership hours will be reduced in increments of 15 minutes for any time spent replacing parts provided by Complete Mechanical Service. There will be no additional parts charges for any defective parts provided by Complete Mechanical Service. One year warranty on All Parts and workmanship. If we don’t provide the parts you will only receive a 1 year workmanship warranty.

*Platinum membership includes unlimited Labor for installation and replacement of already existing installed equipment after exhausting all membership hours first and include but not limited to, appliances, materials, parts or fixtures in the home that are in need of replacement because they no longer function and are unrepairable due to parts no longer available regardless of OEM part or aftermarket part and or a repair is not possible. Unlimited labor is NOT able to be used towards installation of new items not already installed or existing at the time of the membership start or renewal. All efforts must be made to repair and all membership hours used prior to unlimited labor being enacted. After being a Platinum member for 2 consecutive years without any lapse in coverage at any time during or after the 2 years you will be allowed to use 35% of membership hours at other properties provided it’s an area we service. Any lapse in membership over 1 day will void this benefit. Unlimited Hours for replacement do not apply to use at another property and can only be used at registered property.

AGREEMENT: By submitting a payment to us you are accepting the terms and conditions and understand all the terms of membership and authorize Complete Mechanical Service to use your banking information for ACH payments and or credit card for reoccurring monthly charges, yearly charges, amounts due for parts, cancellation of policy or any other charges due on your membership account.
